MAD FOR GARLIC

Mad for Garlic is a Korean restaurant chain offering Italian food and wine. Key elements of the brand image are garlic, a wine cellar and wine. The design concept for this branch of the restaurant chain therefore picks up on the wine cellar look.

It restructures the layout and combines traditional with modern brickwork. At the centre of the restaurant is a glass wine rack surrounded by seating areas.  The open kitchen provides an entertaining glimpse of the food as it is being prepared.
